The CIDCO Housing Scheme would provide the COVID Warriors with a total of 4488 homes. In honour of Independence Day, the registration process will get underway on the 15th of August. These residences will be made available for purchase by CIDCO in the Navi Mumbai neighbourhoods of Taloja, Kalamboli, Kharghar, Ghansoli, and Dronagiri. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, there will be a total of 4488 homes built. Of these, 3400 will be allocated to general categories, while the remaining 1088 will be reserved for economically disadvantaged groups. This action is being taken for no other reason than to express thanks to those who have battled against the COVID-19 epidemic.
