Recently the government has launched the latest scheme which is based on providing benefits to all sanitary workers around 1 lakh. With the help of this scheme all the workers will be protected with any kind of harm and will be respected. This scheme basically initiated by the CM of Odisha, and this scheme is appreciated by all the people from al over the country. A corpus fund of 50 million rupees will be generated and a state commission for basic sanitation workers will be formed. The program is the first in India to institutionalize and regulate basic sanitation, providing service-level benefits, social security and financial benefits to basic sanitation workers and their families.
