The JDA Jaipur Development Authority has just announced the new housing scheme which is known as JDA Housing Scheme. with the implementation of this scheme houses will be given to all the poor people of the state in Jaipur. The online application form for plots in residential areas in zone 11 Jaipur are available, and as per the reports there are 359 residential plots are available for the category of LIG and MIG, and 194 plots are available in there states such as Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road, and 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer.

Eligibility Criteria of JDA New Scheme 2023
In order to apply in LIG, A, applicants family income should be as 3 lakhs annum.
To apply in LIG B, annum income should be in between 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs.
The applicant or his or her spouse or dependent must not have a residence in any area of the state. JDA may not assign parcels/homes on applicant’s behalf for the past 10 years.
And to apply in MIG category the annum income should be in between 6lakhs to 10 lakhs.
The main eligibility is, if applicants are willing to get benefited form this scheme, they must be the residence of Rajasthan state, and the age of the beneficiaries should be 18 years.
Bank account is must needed with the name of the beneficiary.
