Registration Procedure on AP Sand Booking Portal

General Consumer Registration

  • Applicants should first visit the official website of AP Sand.
  • From the home page, click on the Consumer Login/Registration tab located on the home page.
  • Click the Register as a “general” consumer link, and then you have to verify your mobile number.
  • Enter the mobile phone number in the space provided and also enter the OTP and click the “Send” button.
  • Now enter the Aadhaar and click the Submit button.
  • You need to fill in your details like name, address details, courier ID etc. and proceed by clicking on the “NEXT” tab. The record ID is displayed on the screen.
  • Click on the declaration and click on the “Register” button.
  • After registration, you can proceed to order sand by clicking on the appropriate option.

Bulk Consumer Registration
  • On the official website click on the registration menu and select “Bulk Consumer Registration” from the drop-down list.
  • Enter the mobile number and confirm it.
  • Enter the GST number and continue.
  • Provide the details and address of the consumer.
  • Finally, confirm the registration and save the registration ID.

Procedure to Book Online Sand

General Consumer
  • Like the registration process, the Arena order reservation process is different for general and bulk consumers.
  • After registering, please click the “Continue to Sand Order” button as shown in the image shared in the general consumer registration area.
  • Now select the type of job and fill in all the required details.
  • Enter the name and address details. If the address matches the address filled in the registration form, click on the appropriate option as shown in the image.
  • Enter the stock details and the net payment amount will be displayed based on the stocked quantity.
  • Now click on the “Order Now” option and then click on “Proceed to payment” tab in order to confirm the order.
  • Right after that click on “Online Payment” option, and there you will see 2 payment options choose it and click the “Pay Now” link.
  • Finally, the sand order is placed.
Bulk Consumer
  • Visit the official website and click on the ‘Reserve’ menu and select the ‘Online Sand Reservation’ option.
  • Sign in with mobile device No. Large user control panel appears.
  • Now click on the “New Order” tab. Now fill in the details shown in the list and click the Submit button.
  • Once you have submitted the details, select the location.
  • After placing the order, the payment option will appear.
  • For bulk orders that have already been shipped, please click the “New Request” option on the Sand order page.
  • Fill in the details and click “Request Sand Order”.
  • Eventually, your sand order will be placed.
Procedure to Track Sand Booking Portal
  • After placing a sand order online through the portal, the requester also checks the status of the order.
  • By using this function in the AP arena portal you can check the status of the order (ie whether it has been shipped or not, the exact quantity on the shipping date, the delivery with other information about the order).
  • To check the status of the order, the user can follow the following simple steps: Visit the official portal.
  • Now click on the “Order Status” tab on the right side of the home page.
  • Now enter the “Sand Order ID” in the space provided and click the “Send” button. Finally, the status of the order is displayed on the screen.
