Under this scheme regular or work from home job opportunities will be provided to such women who are divorcee or unable to go to work, so that they can get the employment opportunity. Back to Work Scheme 2024
The target was set by the State Government to provide jobs to 15,000 women in three years. Priority will be given to those women who are widows, abandoned, divorcee and victims of violence. The government will develop a facility of Single Window System (SWS) through the Directorate of Women Empowerment and CSR organizations. It will give information and details of the employment opportunities to all the women interested in returning to work. The training facility for up-skillingwill also be provided by the government if needed.

Objectives of Back to Work Scheme
The objectives of the Scheme are as follows:
