CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme Duration
- The scholarship has an amount of Five Hundred Rupees (Rs.500/-) per month. & This awarded under the program will be paid for a maximum period of two years.
- The scholarship awarded is renewed for one year at a time upon successful completion of Class XI.
- Extension is also dependent on advancement to the next class as long as the student achieves at least 50% of the total score on the exam determining advancement to the next class.
- Scholarship extension/continuation in cases where a student discontinues their chosen course before graduation or changes school or course requires the prior approval of the Board of Education
.Good behavior and regular attendance are required for scholarship continuation . - The decision of the Board of Directors in all such matters is final and binding. Once a scholarship has been terminated, it will not be extended under any circumstances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students (girls) must be their parents’ ONLY GIRL DAUGHTER.
- All single Girl students who have scored 60% or more on the CBSE Class X exam and are studying in Classes XI and XII of the school (affiliated to CBSE).
- Whose tuition fees no more than Rs 1,500/- during the academic year it is considered for the purpose. In the next two years, the total increase in tuition fees at these schools will not be more than 10% of the tuition rate charged.
- Orignal Affidavit Needed and its also be attested by DMC/or Judicial Magistrate.
- Only Girls can take part under this Scholarship Scheme.

Registration Procedure of CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme
- At First You will go on Official Website of this Scholarship Programme.
- Now on the homepage click on SGC-X – Fresh Applicationto freshly apply under this scheme.
- Now you must have to enter your details like roll number, date of birth.
- Now you have to click an option called upload your documents &Upload all the required Documents.
- Click on proceed Button.
- Now to generate the confirmation page click on Print the Confirmation Page option.
- Keep the confirmation page as a proof if ever needed.
- Those people who have successfully registered themselves under this scheme can only be get a confirmation page.
