DDA Result 2023
In order to allow residents to purchase homes and plots at their convenience, Delhi’s Active Government established a scheme in 2022. As of 12 September 2022, this initiative is operational online. As part of the scheme more than 8,500 apartments are available for reservation in Narela. While the price range for Narela’s LIG homes is about between Rs 18 lakh and Rs 22 lakh it is between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 12.5 lakh for EWS apartments. For an EWS flat and a LIG flat a booking deposit of Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively is needed.
DDA Lottery Draw Results Booking is now easy and the reservation will be made according to the payment method. No distributed allocation will be made in the first phase since three buildings each with around 1,000 flats will be open for reservations. As soon as they are reserved, apartments in additional areas will be added.

Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for this scheme is given below:
- The candidate must be an Indian national.
- The candidate needs to be at least 18 years old.
- Subject to meeting the requirements, both a husband and wife may submit separate applications for apartments but only one will be assigned a unit and the other’s application fee will be reimbursed if both are determined to be eligible.
- The application can only be submitted once either in the applicant’s name under their own name or as a joint or co-applicant.
- The applicant’s family income should not exceed Rs.10 lakh per year, and neither should their individual or joint income exceed Rs. 3 lakh per year.
- For other groups, there are no income restrictions.
- An account number for a permanent account is required.
- If a combined application is made under the SC or St restricted category both applicants must be related.
