Procedure to check the land value in IGR Kerala

- Visit the official website and load to the homepage .
- Choose the “Click Here to Search for a Fair Value of Land” option.
- You will then have to fill out a new page with information about the applicants, such as their district, RDO, taluk, village, land type, block number and survey number.

Procedure for Property Registration in IGR Kerala

- To go on to the next phase, click on Online Document Details Entry. Enter your login details to successfully log in. The first step is to register,
- Select the time window that will be utilised for the registration of properties. You must visit the SRO office, where “transaction kind selection” will appear. Select the right transaction type with care.
- Obtain a printed copy of an acknowledgement page with the reference number and other pertinent information.

- Click on the Encumbrance Certificate EC Application.
- Encumbrance certificates need district and personal status.
- The Encumbrance Certificate application involves district, personal, property, fee, and other information. Validate and click “Submit Application” after completing all the data.
- Print the Acknowledgement after submitting an EC application.
- The EC requires property data, a registered deed with the date, a copy of the previously completed deed, address proof, and a Volume/ CD number.
