- All Indian citizens who earn less than Rs 18 lakh annually are eligible to enroll for this scheme.
- Under this scheme, plots in the sizes of 150 square yards, 200 square yards and 240 square yards will be available.
- The government will soon introduce this scheme over the entire state.
- Plots will be distributed in a fair and open way, independent of caste, religion, region or political affiliation by a computerised lottery.
