To benefit from this program, recipients do not need to register. They just need to make updates to the DPAR section of the HRMS database for e-governance regarding themselves and their dependents.

Eligibility Criteria

Below are the eligibility criteria of this scheme:

The applicant must reside in Karnataka.
Members of households that depend on the government are also eligible for this program.
The applicant must work for the state government.
The police Arogya Bhagya scheme is a distinct health insurance program for police officers hence it does not apply to the police department.
Pensioners are not included in this scheme.
Government employees will not be eligible if the benefits are currently being used in any other government sponsored health plans.
This program is not open to employees of assisted autonomous institutions that do not have KGID numbers connected to the HRMS database.

When seeking cashless treatment under this program, beneficiaries are needed to have both their KGID number and Aadhar ID card on hand.
Your KGID number and Aadhar card will also be needed by Arogya Mitra for verification.
