Honourable Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar launched the innovative mobilization tool Kaushal Panjee 2024 This permits the registration of employment related programme like the Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramin Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY)

Government of India is always putting efforts in making India free from unemployment. Kaushal Panjee was launched as a mobilization tool by the Honourable Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar for registration and upgrading skills of rural youths under Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India flagship skill development programme that is DDU-GKY RSETI.
Using Kaushal Panjee 2024 candidate details are captured and being maintained in GP (Gram Panchayat) saturation mode. They also show interest for wage or self-employment types of training. These candidates can be identified as Deprived Households under SECC (Socio Economic and Caste Census 2011).
Objectives of Kaushal Panjee
The objectives of the Kaushal Panjee scheme are as follows:
- The primary objective of the program is to maintain a complete cycle of candidates that is from the time of registration till the time they are placed.
- They provide complete database of candidates which is helpful in providing training under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramin Kaushal Yojanaand Rural Self Employment Training Institute scheme.
- Another objective is to support all rural youth by providing skill training.

Benefits & Features of Kaushal Panjee

- It is a mobilization tool through which registration and upgrading skills of rural youths can be done.
- Through Kaushal Panjee tool facility of MIS integration is also available.
- It captures the complete cycle of candidates from registration till placement.
- This tool also includes all the stakeholders like MoRD, SRLM, PIA, and employers.
- Kaushal Panjee can fulfill the demand as well as supply of skilled youth in India.
- Using this tool candidate details are captured and are being maintained in GP (Gram Panchayat) saturation mode.
- The applicant will also receive a tablet after completing the skill development session.
- After completing the internship with the skill register, the candidate will also be given employment with a minimum wage for three months.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant with 8th class pass will be considered eligible.
- Unemployed youth between the age of 18 to 35 years are eligible.
- Permanent citizens of India can register online to take advantage of this facility.
- Youth must complete skill training under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramin Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) and Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI).

- Fill SECC information and address details.
